In the fall of 2006 a group of Holiness Camp Meeting Presidents and leaders convened at Camp Sychar in Mount Vernon, Ohio at the invitation of Sychar President Gary Campbell and Stoutsville Camp President Richard Barber. The group richly enjoyed the experience and agreed to meet again the following October in Cape May, New Jersey with Erma Camp President John Taylor as host. At the outset of that meeting plans were made to spend a few days this past October at Avon Park Camp Meeting with President Eldred Kelley.
For 2009 the group has agreed to convene in Wilmore. Kentucky with the Francis Asbury Society as our lead sponsor. The dates for this conference are October 7-9, 2009. Any and all Camp Meetings are encouraged to send representatives to share in this time of equipping and encouragement.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jim Schroeder is the pastor of Crossroads Community Church near Medford, New Jersey and an attorney with Long, Marmero and Mayer, LLP of Woodbury, Camden and Medford, New Jersey. Jim has served as the pastor of churches in Ohio, New Jersey and Kentucky and as an administrator at Circleville Bible College.
He is also a former member of the Board of Directors and Director of the Youth Program at Delanco Camp Meeting, a current member of the board at Erma Camp Meeting and a frequent camp meeting evangelist.
